Three things worthy of re-gifting:
1) Any "fake" (electric) candles
2) Any duplicate, double-gifted item.
3) The in-laws 10lb fruitcake.

1. Cookies and Candy. What? Yes. C'mon, you really don't need it. Giving it away gives the other person something nice, and it is like getting a gift for yourself.
